Minister of Health Sarah Hoffman

Alberta Minister of Health

Sarah Hoffman is the MLA for the riding of Edmonton-Glenora.

She was appointed by Premier Notley as Minister of Health and Minister of Seniors in May 2015.

Prior to becoming an MLA, Sarah served as chair of the Edmonton Public School Board. As a school board trustee, she helped develop a stand-alone policy to make all schools more welcoming for LGBTQ students, staff and families – a first on the prairies.

She holds a Master’s Degree in educational policy studies from the University of Alberta.
